Oops! At the same time that the library changed the URL for the dictionary, 
I no longer saw an interrogation for my library card. So my assumption that 
they had opened it up is wrong, they must have planted a cookie on my 
computer or done something similar.

Well, if you're every through Cleveland, you might want to pick up a card. 
(They gave one to my cousin from Germany who visits here often.)
