VV(19) Kilroy and Band Pass Filters

So before becoming bald and middle-aged, Kilroy was a Bandpass Filter...
Band pass filters are usually combinations of inductance and capacitance
which are designed mathematically to respond to design frequencies while
rejecting all other out of band frequencies.  They are used in radios, for
instance, to tune into one station and block out all others....

So they have two jobs:  To tune in a particular frequency and to illiminate
interference from other frequencies.

As Kilroy becomes middle aged he is able to ingratiate himself into the
human world.

Benny has also ingratiated himself into the human world...
