Seems to me that the *Soviets* caused that one.  And Eisenhower put our
Jupiter missiles in Turkey, which Kennedy quietly removed in a
quid-pro-quo for the Rooskies taking their hardware out of Cuba.

Gingrich's loss of his seat to an *affair* he was engaging in as he was
trying to pillory our man Bill?  I had a real Sam-Kinnisonian fit over
that one.
