Noooow, everybody--

I've resubscribed myself--but only for a minute, depending--to tell you
that Nile Southern is going to be reading tomorrow night (Monday, July
16) from the volume he edited called Now Dig This: The Unspeakable
Writings of Terry Southern.  You will be a sorry student of the Sixites
indeed if you miss a chance to hear the wild master's ravings read by his
own son. 

The reading will be held at the site of the Pynch-alike contest (infamous
as a consequence of the presence of several miscreants, including one
James Bone and his disposable camera) celebrating the publication of
Mason & Dixon.  Cold comfort for those of you smart enough to live
anywhere else, this means New York:  KGB, 85 East 4th Street, between 2nd
and 3rd Avenues, from 7 to 9.

Yours truly will be there and she hopes to see you, you, you, and even,
ugh,  YOU!
