Exactly. But where does the public start? If Terry, instead of uploading it
to a server where it would be readily and unlimitedly accessible, sent the
file to an individual subject? Would it be like lending a tape I've made for
myself to a good friend - or two? Or ten or one hundred - probably doesn't
matter, since it's not too often that numerals make difference in law - but
would it then mean making it public? Yeah OK, probably making a mountain out
of a molehill, or even a molehill out of an anthill here - surely there's a
simple explanation.

Merely wondering... Ain't saying I wouldn't want to be among the lucky
chaps.
