NP police kill protester in Genoa - eyewitness account

Real Questions: Does it make any difference if the police car was
covered with protesters who had bashed out the car's windows, as
reported by NPR? If NPR's report was accurate, the fire extinguisher was
about to be hurled into the car. Have you ever hefted one of those
things? If it was a crowd of rednecks surrounding and battering a
carfull of gay, socialist immigrants, would you call it self-defense if
ONE of the immigrants "shot to kill?" I know that NPR isn't Pacifica,
but they get more flack from the right than from the left.
Hit and run rabble-rousing is exciting, be it in the streets or on the
Pynchon-List. Pious self-righteousness is an alpha and omega that
justifies any means "necessary."
