>I don't recall anyone on this thread trying to prove Italy is a "fascist

What is the connection between the violence in Italy and
Fascism?
As far as I can tell from reading all these posts and
links, there is none. If I am mistaken in this, please
correct my error.
Italy has a Fascist past. Other than this, or if one wants
to argue that the tactics of the police, common to police
around the world, as Doug said, or some of the actions of
governments or police are the same as those of former
fascist governments, I can't quite understand what the
connection is.
>I do not find it at all difficult to believe that a lot of Italian
>cops are fascists, however.
I do not find it at all difficult to believe that some
Italian cops are not fascists.
I don't really understand how anyone on this list can
possibly have a problem with that!
What was the post about smashing little gas stations and
cars that might not belong to rich people all about?
Are people with expensive automobiles targets of this
violence? WHY?
