Or is it only a nightmare?
The FT and the Union mail piles up on the stair
I can't keep cool
why should I care?
cause now I wake up
in the night and your body is ice
it's the sound of the breaking of skulls
and of straw hats under the sun pulling rise
and then sometimes at night,
I wake up and my body is ice
the noise of machines and alarms blasting the night
And I wonder if then I could hear people's dreams
I realize now it was really the sound of your screams
But death always leads into life
the street fighter swallows the knife
Am I so crazy to feel that it's here prearranged?
If we are to change we must change.
The people must change.
