Hell yes, it bothers me.  Sure the thing is flawed, but the rejection of a 
protocol accepted by all the world except a few "authoritarian" regimes by 
this arrogant bunch of reactionary folls is sickening.  My country seems to 
be drifting into a kind of neo-isolationism.  Festung Amerika anyone?
