I suspect that they will come around on this one eventually too (especially
after all the hue and cry over Saddam's alleged or intended use of same).
Seems to me that the Bush administration likes to grandstand a little bit,
pretend to flex its muscles, and show the rest of the world, particularly
Monsieur Putin, that they really could be in charge of things if they wanted
to be. Won't do them any harm with the voters either.
