Well, no, I don't think that boycotting Doug is an appropriate solution
here. His insults and distortions, and his disrespect for other
contributors, can certainly be ignored I guess, or simply taken for granted,
and the lies he concocts can and should be corrected -- politely -- as
necessary. But he has as much right to post as anybody else, and what he
posts is open to discussion just the same as what anybody else posts.

I don't believe that calling for censorship is particularly constructive.
But I guess that the suggestion and request weren't truly intended to be
constructive at all, were they.
