need 4 more col49'ers, call for a vote...

Hey yall,

   Out of the nine sections, there are 4 left open. So if you have been 
toying with the idea and in that boderline of indesiciveness, now is the 
time to throw yourself into the abyss.  I don't mind doing two sections, but 
I really would rather everyone do one section and give it 110%.

If I do not get any more people, i am going to start inviting people from 
different related lists (Gaddis, JJoyce, Finnegans Wake, ModernWord, Phillip 
Dick, etc.) and kids I know personally in u of chicago. But, as you can 
probably feel, I'd like to keep it within the family as much as possible.

the August or July start date shall be settled by a vote. People who have a 
section have two votes, people who planned to read along shall have one 
vote. I think this is fair b/c of the time commitment for the section heads. 
I currently throw my two votes for July.
