Addendum A:

Those listers having more than one posting identity shall have fractional 
votes determined by the number of their aliases.

Addendum B:
Hosting aliases:

In the case of a single hosting alias, that identity shall have its initial 
fractional vote plus one.  In the cast of more than one hosting alias, they 
shall have their initial fractional votes plus a proportional fraction of 
the one extra  "hosting bonus" vote.

Addendum C:

The above rules do not apply if any individual lister's various "alias 
identities" are unaware of one another or if any resides or believes itself 
to reside in the State of Florida.
