A friend of mine is investigating DynCorp.  He sent me this:
"I also looked at the list of officers and directors.  One is presently a
director with Citigroup, one of the most predatory banks imagineable, and
formerly a vice chairman at Peat, Marwick & Mitchell, the accounting firm.
It also includes former Air Force Generals, one a present member of the
Board of Advisors to the National Security Agency.  The one I find most
revealing---a former Undersecretary of Defense for Acquisition and
Technology from 1994-97 and who now is a general partner in Global
Technology Partners, an investment banking firm.  If you are curious, see
