If we're talking about Scientology here (and I bet the French are thinking
of SC in this case) the cult that fools you is no religious thing but only
disguised as that. It's not even merely an economical enterprise but a
right-winged fascist political group, at least it is this according to it's
"behaviour" here in Europe. So I believe Scientology cannot make justified
use of the 1st Amendment (when it is denied to Rastafarians and other
minorities in the USA at the same time).
