Dear 49ers,

      My apologies for being out of the loop for so long, but the internet 
in Kuwait is terrible, so I try to avoid it at all costs since I do believe 
it is built on top of an old telex system and for optimal performance one 
should write emails in morse code. I have to remain 'active' in order for 
them not to disconnect me so this will have to be brief. since I did not 
have the foresight to type this before finally getting online (I am my 
modems busy tone), you will have to bear with me.

So, it seems more people object to the july start date than I thought, but I 
think only 2 people actually voted (you americans and your democracy, let 
the fringes dominate your politics).   so without further ado, this will 
start august first.

need one more person and we will have a full house, so if you havent signed 
up you can still get a section!
