Dave, Excellent two weeks!  I thought I might wait a couple days to start
chapter 16.... give us a chance to look at 15 first...  but I would like to
see the discussion continue as it has for the last 14 days.... so I will
wait until at least tomorrow depending on the discussion of 15.  Sam
