It's what happens when you quote someone from the California Institute of
Integral Studies rather than the California Institute of Technology.
But seriously, the author must be talking Fahrenheit though why the cooling
process stops at -400 rather than - 460 I can't explain.
The conversion formula is F = (9/5 X C) -32
