Okay, crunch time here, folks, and I'm still caught
high and dry (but not much longer--I've a very weak
bladder ...) without a copy of ...

... nowhere to be found in my immediate vicinity, and,
institutionally unattached as I am, just don't have
those nifty interlibrary loan privileges at the
