help for a quotation in Vienland ... please

Hi 

In the beginning  of Vineland there is a wedding
where the Vomitones perform the music. As they are
asked to play italian tunes, they go into the mansion
and take a look at a book called "Tunes to play at an
italian wedding" or something like that by Deleuze &
Guattri (two French Philosophers).
I am french and i only have access to a french
traduction of vineland. 

Could someone give the exact sentence
