Yep.

Well he could be seeking to be that kind of monster, but how do you deal 
with that "death's cycle" quote?  He sees himself a part of a system which 
he wants to move beyond into another more glorious.  And I don't think he 
means from the Natural to a finer gradation of the one he's already in, 
Their Death Cycle.

If he seeks "to be a death machine," it would have to be a Supermonster, 
like a werewolf, which I believe he's also called in this segment of GR.  I 
guess what the difference we're talking about here is one of polarity, where 
what I'm saying that Blicero would be the Anti-Badass.
