1. animal names?

i guess you are referring to kangaroo, which as far as i
know is not
a racial slur or national insult to Australians or anyone
else. i don't think writing that a poster is acting like a
deconstructing kangaroo is analogous to what you describe.
if
it is, i apologize. i apologize anyway, but i have
apologized for
my use of the animal name jack ass and other
brash language already so, i think i'll leave it at that
because when one keeps apologizing it places a burden on the
offended person and i want to take responsibility for my
offenses and not push them off on the person i have
offended.

Also, as i stated to Otto once, i'm sure we live in very
different environments, we have, in the U.S. a very unique
society, not that there are not common elements to our
problems found around the world,
but i think, and i mean no offense at all,
and i do respect, and admire, particularly
you kai for your genuine interest and love of hip-hop
culture all of the posters from around the globe that
participate here and teach me so much, much about america,
american fiction, and all sorts of things.

2. writing offlist about you?

i have not, do not, will not.

if all the offlist posts i have written were posted to the
list they would
be only a few and nothing in any of them would cause me to
be ashamed or
cause anyone here to take offense.

deriada and foucault?

terry has indeed shown an interest in both, in fact, i'll
bet another glass of port there are more substantial posts
on these, and philosophers in general, in the archives under
my silly litle personas than any other list member.

too bad about the blunt brother, hope you change your mind
one day.

Peace out,
