(1) Dictators make many promises but never keep them and they make more
threats and they keep them. The 4 things they do is promote fear --

(2) Italy may take the plunge in latter part of this week. If this
happens it is reported that the King of Italy will abdicate. In Italy
there was picture in the paper and it said it was to show people in
Italy how they were better off than people in America and it said all
sort of things to show how they're better off. And this pictures in
Italian newspaper was supposed to show how they were better -- the
picture is actually a reprint from N.Y. newspaper shows a very large
nubmer of people all rushing to a certain spot -- yes rushing to buy
tickets for a baseball game. How this is supposed to show the people in
Italy are better off -- we don't know.

Joseph Goebbals while being interviewed last year said that Poland would
be captured 16 days Paris in 60 days and then it would be easy to
dominate the whole world. One reporter asked What about U.S. Goebbals
replied with a smirk Oh that will be easy too. It will be all inside work.
