You could probably make an argument that this is the sort of thing that made
the Revolution (absent in M&D, which skips from the 1760s to the 1780s) so
meaningless, as corporations inherit, pervert, destroy what was an American
dream of personal freedom, community, spiritual seeking, yeoman farmers, a
la Peter Redzinger in M&D. Although that Golem might be a tad problematic.
