A timely definition.

Hope it doesn't mean our friendly local representative of Big Oil -- 
the Chevron refinery 2 miles down the road from the house here -- 
won't start belching extra toxins today.  Utopian thinking, I 
suppose. And what if I and the rest of the people here in the SF Bay 
Area who are tired of Chevron pumping poison into the air, went over 
there and made them stop it.  How undemocratic that would be.
