I'm amused how that mistake is repeated again and again. The name of the man 
is Bauerlein, not Bauerstein. It's like an DNA copy mistake...BTW, Bauerlein 
means in German "little farmer"... Bäuerlein or "Bäuerchen machen" also means 
belch/burp in German, especially  by little kids...
