No, it is a reason to question the classification "moderate".......I 
have my doubts that the gent in question would be in position to have 
such a luxurious loo if he EVER questioned the authority of The 
Chairman.......absent such a record, I'm hard pressed to apply the 
"moderate" label, except perhaps to qualify the term "collaborator"....
