California at Berkeley."  He appears to currently teach two courses, 
Econ 211, the Economic History Seminar, and  Economics 210b, Graduate 
European Economic History.   He provides a link,

describes as "the in-progress draft of my economic history of the 
20th century." His web site is worth checking out, as he has his 
fingers in many pies that we also find in Pynchon's work.
