RADIO: Urgent: Protest Today For "Democracy Now!' 
The campaign to save Pacifica Radio's free speech and democracy coverage
reports that since last Wednesday, Amy Goodman's award-winning program
"Democracy Now!" is no longer being broadcast on WBAI, the very station
where she produces the nationally distributed program. Management claims
it's just a suspension during the three-week fund drive, but campaigners
suspect the slot is being axed. They're organizing a protest today from 4:30
p.m. to 7 p.m. at WBAI, 120 Wall St., New York City (east of Water Street;
subway lines 2, 3, 4, 5 to Wall St.).
