I'll gladly read your discussion of M&D. Never finished it those few years 
ago. Interrupted by a house fire and the resultant need to live in an 
apartment for 10 months whilst we rebuilt. The first edition came through 
with no damage, though the part of the bookmark which was above the edge was 
obviously smoke stained. Well, a suitable memento (see that movie, gang) 
nonetheless.
