Euphrenia? This name could mean a good head or good heart. 
Pun? Euphe = Youth in Brooklineez? 
Oh, what's up wit these Italians? 
Is Wicks Italian? Or are the Huguenots, if they are Huguenots, still
very pissed off at Rome? There are some Italians living South of them.
Would those be Roman Catholic Italians or not? Again, the food, this
time Italian food, seems to be symbolic of larger cultural/religious
prejudices and conflicts. 

So this entire story, the history is  pack of lies.

I bet Wicks has spent almost as much time reading almanacs as bibles. 
And how the hell can anyone expect to exploit the world's bounty and
sell the fruit of multiplied property without a map? Celestial my
testicle, it's all preordained, we've got Calvinism in our Faith. Dante
ha! You can't put a few people in hell and purgatory anymore. Besides,
this is the age of reason, we'll not tolerate religious heresy. 

Now in Dante, the merchants of purposeful explosions don't all go to
hell, but I think selling arms to both sides qualifies one for the best
seat in the pit-- DIS! 

Do days take 24 hours to pass? 
Or did the Benedictine Monks agree to this when they became capitalists?
