Not entirely unreasonable advice but, from you?  You're an unlikely scold.  

You've been as much in the middle of the rancor of late as I have.  And 
you've written, in sheer word count, ten times as much as I have.    

Why do I respond?  In this case (and typically) because I'm among those 
addressed; and because (when I respond) I find what is said inaccurate, 
false, distorting.

I also wouldn't describe my previous few posts as "attacks."

And I have no off-list correspondence with Millison and no intenion of 
starting one.
