Doug spotting is really quite easy, although there is always an element of
uncertainty, because circumstantial evidence is like that. But certain
mannerisms and obsessions are difficult to hide. No matter how hard one
tries to tuck them out of sight here they will burst out over there. And
Doug some of the time does not seem to be even trying but rather wants to
make the whole thing into a joke for which I can't blame him and in fact
have commended him for now and then. His victims can't be expected to
appreciate the humor.

Remember Dr. Stangelove and his hand salute which would pop up whenever he
came under stress no matter how hard his other (good) hand tried to suppress
it.
