The future of US foreign policy

The future of US foreign policy:  An oxymoron.  
In investigation of the above conundrum, a need for extraneous expostulation 
arises.  No doubt, challenges, many angry and amazed, will issue forth like 
snot from an infant's nose.  Unafraid, the fool carries on.  Since we are now 
at the End of History, logically, there can be no future.  If, as has been 
constantly demonstrated, History is a straight line, future is implied.  when 
the End of the line is reached, future ceases.  Hence there can be no future 
for US foreign policy, nor any other policies, be they foreign or domestic.
