Thanks, Doug.  I've been enjoying his essays today. I think you missed this
part though.  I like the last line best.  It's nice to hear him talk for
himself.  Clues you in on what to look for in his fiction, huh?  Clues you
in on what he might be thinking now too.  Yes, yes...
