I'm suggesting (passing on reports, actually) that The Taliban, the 
government we are at war with in Afghanistan, is hindering attempts by the 
UN and its associated agencies from delivering humanitarian aid.  You, 
typically and like the Taliban, want to place the blame for this on the US.
