of course, because I am not slothrop666 and never have been. Lacking proof,
take your lamebrain private-eye speculation down to the corner tavern and
talk about it there. Hint:  as you demonstrate each time you post to
Pynchon-L, anybody can set up an email account @yahoo.com or @hotmail.com
and post whatever they want to post to anybody they want to. It wasn't long
ago that you and the rest of the dogpack were trying to prove that I was
Charles Hollander, that I was Dave Monroe, that I was Terrance, and so on
-- what happened to those ludicrous accusations?  rj/rjackson/jbor/? tried
to prove that I hacked into his computer and into the P-list archives --
where did that accusation go?  Those idiotic accusations all turned out to
be untrue.   In a post earlier today, rj/rjackson/jbor/? reeled off a list
of people I'm now supposed to be -- any proof of that?  No. I'm here, I'm
there, I'm everywhere-- hogwash. I post under my own name and always have.

Slothrop666 sounds like you, but I can't prove it's you.  Slothrop666
sounds like Terrance, too, but I can't prove that either; Quail can fling
obscenity equal to slothrop666 but I can't prove they are the same; Mackin
was posting in that American-Canadian-Mexican thread in the wee hours of
the morning, but that hardly constitutes proof he and slothrop666 are the
same; one of the slothrop666 posts echoes Malign's use of "braying ass."
Slothrop666 quite obviously serves the purpose of your sewer-mouthed little
clique, but I can't prove any of you are slothrop666, and I'm not going to
try.  Why did that slothrop666 post go to Kyllo and not to Pynchon-L as
well?  I don't know. At least two of you dogpack members often seem to be
inebriated when you post, maybe that's the explanation, maybe it's not, I
don't know.  Does slothrop666 strike you as a rational person? You,
rj/rjackson/jbor/?, Malign, etc. have created tons of ill will on Pynchon-L
and it's no surprise somebody would attack you anonymously.

There is no "subseqent identical onlist post" from me  following that post
to Kyllo-- if such exists, produce it, but I know that you can't because
I've already posted that entire thread of messages to Pynchon-L and there's
nothing remotely "identical".  As is so often the case, you don't know what
you're talking about.

I reiterate what I said when this first flared up:
So the anonymous jerk hiding behind Slothrop666 at yahoo.com signs my name to
an email. Very neat and tidy. And hardly surprising in an email discussion
that has been the site for so many anonymous email games over the years --
Mittelwerke, MalignD, Terrance's daisy chain of pseudonyms,
rj/rjackson/jbor/?'s shifting names and anonymous defenders, and so on.
A handful of you, some of whom hide behind anonymous email accounts, have
been demonizing me for some time, and now you're trying to hang the 666 tag
on me.

How ridiculously predictable you are.
