Pynchon movies

Think I've convinced Someone Who Can to book this on a
big screen this coming spring.  Have to be trapped
with this one, I think, though it's time well served
(on the other hand, I sl0ept through much of Chantal
Akerman's D'Est the other night ...) ...

Also note how some sets were built as both "positives"
(e.g., white/black) and "negatives" (black/white). 
For example ... but that atonal organ score, that's
crazymaking ...
