I broke the List. And the Digest. And a number of other Things besides.

Early Thursday morning, we had a security breach on the main server here
at WASTE and I brought them all down. We were staging a major system
upgrade and we decided to go back online with the new system. This list
was set up slightly differently than the others and it took me a little
while (and some prodding) to notice that it was a little constipated.

Now, to see if we can get that Digest working again..
