Okay, not only did I get to see the great Sean O'Hagan

... all by his ownsome in the admission-charging
equivalent of a no-frills basement rumpus room last
night (got my t-shirt signed an' ev'rything), but I
see Th' List is back up and running as well. 
Thanksgiving Week of to a good start, then, and I'm
giving thanks not in the least that I don't have to
keep track of an ever-expanding list of e-mail
addresses ...

And then ...

And then, I go to my already once-reconstructed salvo
of notes for MDMD(11) (Chs. 16 & 17, pp. 167-82, the
Octuple Gloucester and the Jenkin's Ear Museum), and I
find that Mr. Gates' newly (on the machine I typically
use) installed e-mail program has put the whammy on my
drafts.  So I'm at the Public Library painstakingly
extracting "<DIV>"'s & "&nbsp"'s from my posts, a few
of which I should have up shortly, so ...  

So between the technical difficulties and the Holiday,
I'm going to go easy on y'all this time 'round.  There
should be enough to go around nonetheless, but, as
always, meals are ultimately pot luck 'round these
parts.  Hope y'all brought enough to share.  In the
meantime, feel free to graze the cheese platter ...
