I will independently verify that Taliban prisoners are being routinely 
murdered
by northern alliance forces after surrendering. My sources include c.i.a. 
field
ops. obviously I cannot divulge names.

Two points: 1) this same type of behaviour commonly occurred in kosovo. my 
same
sources were at work there, and eyewitnessed several point blank murderings
of serbians that had surrendered to albanian liberation forces. My source

have a problem with this type of activity by the n.a., remember what the
