Yes, a nice heritage. For the sake of our stability we can only wish him
good luck to get his army outta there so I apologize for the "killer" -- he
got into a situation he had to deal with, he's maybe not personally
responsible for the 40.000 dead Chechens.

I've watched the Kostner JFK-movie on tv shortly after 9/11. Am I wrong or
is the opinion expressed there that JFK had to die because LBJ had promised
a war to certain people? I must admit that we were zapping to CNN during the
commercials so it's possible I've missed something or got something wrong.

Besides anything that can (and maybe must) be said against Tricky Dicky: he
was the one who got the troops out of Vietnam and ended the war. Btw, isn't
he the protagonist of Robert Coover's "The Public Burning?"
