creating tsunamis

Just recently I read that if the volcano Pico on Tenerife erupts and the
mountain slides into the sea, that would create a tsunami which would
wipe out the Eastern seaboard of the US, with 200 feet waves slamming
several miles in from the shore. Apparently this is bound to happen
sometime in the next couple of thousand years.
Now I wonder... Exactly what kind of bomb would it take for some
terrorists to push forward this event?
