Though it is interesting to note how many of our new and suddenly very noisy
"friends" use a double space after sentence punctuation. It's an old
typist's convention: as a conditioned reflex obviously a pretty hard one to
shake, too.

Less Wanda Tinasky than Sideshow Bob running for mayor I think. But, if
true, so very, very sad.

I've got no leanings either way as far as U.S. politics goes; just offering
some "independent" observations, and voicing "dissent", about your
monomaniacal pamphleteering in particular. As he already appears to be in
office for the duration, why should Bush need or want to exploit the attacks
for "political capital"? Some of the rhetoric was ill-advised, certainly,
and some of it was quickly retracted, but the actual course of action
pursued has been surprisingly reasonable. The fact that his credibility has
risen, not just in the U.S. but world-wide, isn't the result of some
insidious, CIA-sponsored, corporate media campaign to brainwash the planet
at all. That'd be the bullshit.
