"Disproportionate" = pretty much everyone who was ever
taught to type for publication (and/or taught, er,
typistry at the high school/college level) in, at
least, the U.S.?   Doubleplussheesh.  But, hey, check
out those nifty illustrations I spent all my time
tonight scaring up for y'all.  I do and do and do for
you kids, and all I get is ...
