No, nor did I mean to imply any of these things. My point is that the
political inferences you (are wanting to) draw(ing) from Pynchon's text,
which are indeed valid and interesting, are also problematised within the
text. Deliberately so (in my opinion).
I, too, have been enjoying reading your responses.
