1. "A" describes a _potential_ event as reason to change current food drops
by the US to Afgans.
2. "B" asserts that such an event "hasn't happened" as an acceptable
argument against "A"'s indictment against the value of current food drops by
the US to Afgans.
3. "C" questions "B" about his knowledge against "A"'s hypothetical reason
for devalueing current food drops by the US to Afgans.
Does this line seem a little stilted? Can you ask "B" to prove against an
hypothetical? Maybe so, but to what end?
