If this was addressed to me, I accept your recommendation. You are 
right, it soon gets tedious and counterproductive. I do believe every 
so often someone has to take the stand against Doug once in a while, 
however, if nothing else for the sake of reason and decency. (And by 
this, I mean his hyperbole, methods and tactics; not all of his 
ideas, which may be decent enough.)
