Flailing of Arms

Simply a rephrasing of an old statement of where one person’s freedom of 
action ought to meet limits.  As for putting it in perspective... I don’t 
like long replies, and I don’t have the time to write a short one (apologies 
to Twain).  I’ll try to organize my thoughts on this issue when time allows.
