works and what it does.  So I wish that we were simply
paranoid, but unfortunately we're not. In fact, one
thing that always amuses Sheldon and me is when we
talk to [members of the PR industry], they'll
compliment us and tell us that we're hitting the nail
on the head. And that, indeed, this is how the world
runs, and it's even worse than we imagine. "
